CLHIA requests federal government review dividend received deduction rule for insurers

In a letter to the minister of finance, the CLHIA expressed deep disappointment with the approach taken in the Fall Economic Statement to address valid concerns about the application of the dividend received deduction rule. On behalf of its members, the association has requested this decision be reviewed.
