Submission to BC Financial Service Authority Re: market code of conduct follow-up

The Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association provided follow-up comments to the British Columbia Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) on its Insurer Code of Market Conduct. In particular, we responded to two follow-up questions posed in an October 14, 2022 e-mail. We have also provided recommended approaches that would help to achieve harmonization.
