If you wish to report suspected fraud or abuse, please use the telephone number or links below to provide a tip directly to the individual insurer.

By providing information through this tip line the information will be shared directly with insurer SIU units, you are providing an important and valuable public service in assisting us in the prevention of benefits fraud. Insurers fully understand that disclosure of your identity might put you at risk and will do everything possible to protect your anonymity. However, there may be situations where your tip forms part of a file that may need to be disclosed.
